  Slow, unprofessional and just the worst customer service. The staff are very slow and unable to comprehend anything. Every time we go to the drive thru they take our money and say go park and they will bring your food out to us. When I asked why do they have a drive thru if every time we come you make us park; there response "we have a timer ." Okay if that's the case, hurry up and move faster. Just take heed this is the absolute worst place. Take ur money else where.

  I came in at around 3:30pm on a hot summer day to buy a Coolata. Before entering I noticed no one currently being served at the drive-thru. When entering the door chimed to let associates know a customer has entered. I noticed no customers or employees in site. I stood at the order counter for 2 minutes jingling my keys loud enough for someone to hear me. After 2 minutes I finally shouted "hello" for an associate. A minute after that a female employee finally emerges from the back area. She never apologized, only said "one moment" as she walked past the order counter. She then fiddled with a few of the machines and walked past the order counter again without saying anything. At this point I was finally fed up and walked out.
  This is not the first time this location has had bad customer service in the afternoon, but this is my first review.
  You know it's summer time, you know you're advertising cold beverages, you should have more members available (at least 2) and better customer service.
