  Ordered bagel and coffee with porcelain mug like I do at other panera's. The lady never greeted us and only came to register after making us wait. Never looked us in the eye and left us waiting and waiting with our card mid transaction as she burnt one bagel. I finally asked for coffee while we wait and still never uttered a word and never made eye contact. She then gave me a paper cup instead of my porcelain mug. People have bad days but this woman is devoid of common courtesy and respect for others, very very rude and I want an apology. Had a similar problem with this Panera about two years ago when I complained to manager. Find other panera's to be friendly and polite but not this one. My rating is actually negative 5 stars or do not go here, this place is a disgrace.

  The food is on par with other Panera locations. Most every table was occupied this morning and the open ones were dirty... hard to enjoy your bagel with other people's poppy seeds everywhere. Plus, a code to open the bathroom door? Really?
